This is my consumer feedback on this particular ebay store. This is based on my experience with this company and the main purpose of this blog is to let other ebayers know what can possibly happen to them when dealing with this company.
So I bought a spark plug kit from ESRPERFORMANCE/AUTODINAMIC on ebay back on april 4 2007. When I tried to pay via paypal, something went wrong and paypal would not allow me to send the money.
So I emailed this company for a final total cost with shipping and a confirmed email on paypal. anyways here's how the timeline went:
April 4, 2007 - purchase item via ebay, paypal was being dumb so I emailed them asking for a
confirmed email address to send via paypal.
April 6, 2007 - ESRPERFORMANCE/AUTODINAMIC responds by asking full name and item number. So I respond with what they asked for.
April 11, 2007 - 5 days NO RESPONSE from my previous email, so i am getting a little impatient, I ask them again whats going on with my order. They respond by asking "what rotor" This is the distributor rotor that I asked them for in a previous email. At this point, I wasn't interested about the rotor anymore I just needed my items so I email them that I am no longer interested in the distributor rotor.
April 15, 2007 - No response froom these guys, So again I ask for the FINAL COST with their shipping charges.
April 16, 2007- ESRPERFORMANCE/AUTODINAMIC again ask for my item number, I give it to them. They then proceed to give me the final amount in which I paid that day.
April 25, 2007- I email them with whats going on with my order?
April 30, 2007 - I email them again, letting them know I am not happy. I paid on APRIL 16, 14 days later and still no item. ESRPERFORMANCE/AUTOIDIOTS responds by saying the item has been sent out via USPS.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. BOTTOM LINE, THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. ONE MONTH LATER and still no kit. I didn't think a little error with paypal can cause so much damage. It's quite obvious to me that these guys do not know how to treat their customers right.
I bought the item on April 4, 2007. Took them two weeks to get me a final cost and a confirmed paypal email. A MONTH later, still no item. bottom line, if you plan to buy anything from them, know that their system in conducting business is not efficient when little hiccups occurs such as a paypal issue.
UPDATE: May 7, 2007
From bad to worse. I paid for the item, Paypal has the records for it. ESRPERFORMANCE has the audacity to say I never paid and left me a negative feedback (boohoohoo=). I can careless, im not trying to run a business on ebay. And on their comment to me on the negative feedback, they said "if you decide to pay for the item, we can ship it out". That means these guys never even shipped my item out, when clearly in their email to me, they said they did!
BUYERS BEWARE.
The more disturbing part is that EBAY won't do anything about sellers like these. It's a sad world we live in where money rules everything. EBAY and these entities can careless if the little guy gets ripped off, as long as they make a profit, everything is dandy.
